Abstract

As of December 31, 2021, 398 species have been designated as of ‘inflow attention species’ in Korea. In order to identify the current status and occurrence characteristics of plants (114 species) among the species that are concerned about introduction and use them as basic data to prevent the spread when they enter the Korea. The origin of 114 inflow attention plants was from North and South America, with 17 species (14.9%), Africa and Asia with 15 species (13.3%), respectively, North America with 14 species (12.3%), and South America with 11 species (9.6%) it was. In particular, 9 species of plants native to the Mediterranean coast are included. Inflow attention plants 114 species of consisted of 33 families. Among them, the Asteraceae had the most with 26 species (22.8%), followed by the Poaceae with 24 species (21.1%) and Fabaceae with 11 species (9.6%). Plants belonging to the top 3 families accounted for 53.5% of the total with 61 species. Inflow attention plants of the life cycle, there were 56 species (49.1%) of herbaceous perennials and 28 species (24.6%) of woody perennials. These perennials were the dominant species with 84 species accounting for 73.7%. As for their propagation method, 54 species (47.4%) of plants were used as seeds. On the other hand, seeds and rhizomes or vegetative propagation with seeds accounted for the remainder.
